The Body Does NOT Lie

In personal and professional performance, the body doesn't lie. In one common analogy, over 50% of what we communicate in person with others is through our body language. Body language is not governed consciously without effort. How we speak 'body' in any case is reflective of our energy level, the way we feel, our attitude and most importantly, our level of stress. Is this all a yes or a yes?

Ask any leading Life Coach or Doctor, What is the most important thing I can do to ensure I can perform at the top of my game?

The answer is the same for all Athletes and all categories of Entrepreneurs including Salespeople! Take care of your body. If you want to be and stay healthy, we all know we have to eat right (beyond today's stylish norms), hydrate and exercise. The lack of any of these will quickly throw our balance, metabolism out of homeostasis.

Heavy hitters know they would not have ever grown out of the 80% without the benefit of a healthy brain and a sharp mind. Hydration holds the key to brain function and acuity. Water completely governs the quality of every communication in the nervous system. Anytime the body is out of balance, the immune system works extra hard to apply everything it knows to help itself adjust back to homeostasis. If our dietary habits are acidic, we create an internal environment that every free radical and degenerative cell loves to thrive. When we alkalize with nutrition, it's just no fun for free radicals. This has been scientifically proven.  The world of business success of every kind lies in how its leaders perform, think, act and be automatic in landing and dancing on their feet. Tony Robbins devotes an entire seminar in explaining this and the benefits of diet and Anti-oxidant  Hydrogen Water. These are missing links in both personal performance and the entire health and wellness industry.

We have all met or know someone that projects a negative attitude even somehow while they are being so call 'positive'.  Sighting the 80% of the 80/20 rule, every sales training system you have learned that "if the prospect doesn't sign with you right then, there is something that is getting in their way and in most cases it is YOU!  While you have every right to believe you got the information across, helped and did your part, the prospect just didn't buy you. Something came through that 'body language' area. Congruency doesn't express positively in acidic, dehydrated human beings. In brain sciences linked to the treatment of psychosomatic disease and pain management, bio-feedback has long been used with implementation of relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system and integrate patterns which restore proper energy flow through various neuro-chemical communication paths. The ultimate goal is to balance hemispheric brain channels and optimize the brains ability to function as a whole. Without this wholeness of function, the parts each believe they are in control and the saying "Too many chefs in the kitchen" become the operative sequence expressing in the body like a habit.

Habits are just that, and we all know how hard it is for most people to conquer significant change in their lives. In taking this idea to the microscope, the smallest stresses on the brain will activate the continuing dysfunctional chain of subconscious thoughts that imbalance the entire inventory of neuro-chemicals responsible for the nervous systems communication. When considering that we are only as strong as the weakest link in the chain, the weakest link in the picture is dehydration. The brain is close to 90% water and every inception of an idea possible, a communication was made through water.

When you decide the time is right, YOU can help yourself start an action plan. You can learn to control your body, mind and direct the power of spirit. You can re-create your physical path to legendary performance. Or, you can just be happy with where you are (or are NOT). The truth is, if you have been asking yourself these questions, a part of you is looking up.
